Privacy Policy
At DESALITY Snagging Property Observer LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we value and protect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard client information.
Information We Collect
- Name, phone number, email, and property details provided by clients during booking.
- Payment information necessary to process inspection service fees.
Use of Information
- To schedule inspections, prepare reports, and deliver them to clients or their designated developer.
- To issue invoices, receipts, and handle re-inspection scheduling.
- To communicate service updates, inspection results, and follow-ups.
Information Sharing
- We never sell or rent your personal data.
- Reports may be shared with developers only when explicitly required as part of the service.
- We may share information with third-party payment processors to complete transactions.

We apply reasonable security practices to protect client data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access.
Refund Policy
Our inspection services involve professional time and expertise; therefore, our refund terms are as follows:
- Non-Refundable After Service: Once an inspection is completed and the report is delivered, the service fee is non-refundable.
- Refund Before Service: If a booking is canceled by the client at least 24 hours before the scheduled inspection, and payment has already been made, a refund will be issued minus a 5% administrative fee.
- Service Provider Cancellation: If DESALITY cannot perform the inspection due to unforeseen circumstances, the client may choose between a full refund or a rescheduled inspection at no additional cost.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be made through the original payment method only. Processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on the bank/payment provider.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules may change. The following terms apply:
- More than 24 Hours Before Inspection: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled inspection will be rescheduled at no extra charge or refunded (subject to refund policy above).
- Less than 24 Hours Before Inspection: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the inspection or failure to provide property access will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
- No Show: If the client does not attend or grant access at the scheduled time, the booking will be considered canceled, and the full fee will be forfeited.
- Re-Inspection: One free re-inspection is included within 60 days of the original inspection. Any additional re-inspections will be charged at 35% of the original fee, in line with the contract.
